In this article, the unique aspects of the national system for evaluating the effectiveness of judges' work, developed by the Supreme Council of Judges, the activities of the Judges' Club of Uzbekistan under the Council, the activities of its online forum, which is the main platform of the Club, and proposals for the transformation of these systems into artificial intelligence technology based on the requirements of the present time given. The article evaluates the impact of the introduction of artificial intelligence technology in modern information technologies on the implementation of justice.

This article covers the use of interactive applications by higher education teachers during lessons, their ability to fully convey the topic to students, and their use of interactive methods. Students also extract information that is important for solving the given problem on the topic. It is also analyzed that management disciplines are undoubtedly taught as a holistic and complete set of authoritative and consistent knowledge.

Postcolonial literature offers a critical forum for reexamining colonialism's effects and analyzing the past using historical and memory perspectives. The purpose of memory and history in postcolonial writings is examined in this essay, with an emphasis on how writers employ these components to provide counter-histories, contest colonial narratives, and reclaim identities. I contend that in postcolonial contexts, memory and history—while connected and distinct—are potent instruments for resistance and healing. I address how memory and history shape the postcolonial subject and how they counteract the ways in which history has been misrepresented or neglected, using examples from significant postcolonial works, including those by writers like Salman Rushdie, Ngũgĩ wa Thiong'o, and Chinua Achebe.

There have been numerous approaches to the teaching of writing in the history of language teaching. These writing approaches have evolved with the development of different approaches to teaching in general, which have in turn contributed to the changing role and status of writing.

In this article, the role and influence of movies and theaters in learning foreign languages ​​are expressed.  Movies are an extremely useful teaching tool for foreign languages. According to our research and observations, watching films in a foreign language classroom provides students with an opportunity to acquire new vocabulary, terminologies, phraseology, and usage patterns that they would not be able to acquire in a traditional language classroom. Even at the advanced level, movies can provide a forum for students to practice speaking the language in class discussions. This is the reason that a lot of language-learning establishments have multi-media rooms equipped with TVs, VHS players, CD players, and DVD players.
