Abstract:

Maqolada nogironligi bor shaxslar uchun Salamanka deklaratsiyasida inklyuziv ta’lim beruvchi muassasa sifatida umumta’lim maktabi, o‘quv jarayoniga yordam beradigan va individual ehtiyojlarni qondiradigan muassasa sifatida aks ettirilgan. Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkilotining nogironlar huquqlari to‘g‘risidagi konvensiya, konvensiya tamoyillari, insonning qadriyatlarini hurmat qilish, uning tanlash erkinligi va mustaqilligini hurmat qilish, haqida. Inklyuziv ta’lim barcha bolalarning ruhiy - jismoniy holatidan qat’iy nazar ta’lim jarayonida to‘laqonli ishtirok etishini ta’minlashga qulay imkoniyat yaratishi, haqida bayon etilgan.
