POMIDOR O‘SIMLIGIDA ANIQLANGAN PATOGEN ZAMBURUG‘LARNINING TUR TARKIBI

Abstract:

Ushbu tadqiqotda pomidor (Solanum lycopersicum L.) o‘simligida uchraydigan patogen zamburug‘larning tur tarkibi va ularning organlarga xos taqsimlanishi o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot 2025 yilda pomidorning “Do‘stlik”, “Sevara”, “Shafaq” va “Surxon-142” navlarida olib borildi. Kasallangan o‘simliklardan olingan namunalar mikroskopik usulda tahlil qilinib, jami 8 ta asosiy patogen aniqlangan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici va Verticillium dahliae ildiz va o‘tkazuvchi to‘qimalarga jiddiy zarar yetkazuvchi asosiy patogenlar sifatida alohida ahamiyat kasb etdi. Shuningdek, Alternaria solani, Botrytis cinerea, Cladosporium fulvum, Rhizoctonia solani, Phytophthora infestans va Sclerotinia sclerotiorum ko‘proq barg va mevalarda keng tarqalganligi aniqlandi. Umuman olganda, pomidor organlari bo‘yicha patogenlarning xilma-xilligi yuqori bo‘lib, ularning ma’lum darajada ixtisoslashuvi va biotik moslashuvchanligi kuzatildi.
