Abstract:

This article discusses the artistic interpretation of national uniqueness in the Uzbek translation of Osamu Dazai's novella "No Longer Human," published in 1948, translated directly from Japanese by Zumrad G'afforova. The work is written in an autobiographical tone, depicting themes of human dignity, shame, loneliness, and alienation through the emotional experiences of the main character, Oba Youzou.
