Abstract:

Ushbu maqola Germaniya va Italiyadagi amaliy tadqiqotlar orqali samarali mehnatni boshqarish amaliyotlarini o'rganib chiqadi, ularning har biri ishchi kuchini rivojlantirish va mehnat moslashuvchanligiga alohida yondashuvlarni taklif qiladi: Germaniyaning kasbiy ta’lim va ishchilar vakilligidagi muvaffaqiyati: Germaniyaning akademik va amaliy ta’limni o‘zida mujassam etgan dual ta’lim tizimi sanoat ehtiyojlariga moslashtirilgan yuqori malakali ishchi kuchini yaratishga muvaffaqiyatli yondashuvning namunasidir. Mamlakatning ishchi kengashlari va jamoaviy muzokaralar orqali vakillik qilish uchun mustahkam asoslari ham hamkorlikdagi mehnat munosabatlari ishdan qoniqish darajasini oshirishi, nizolarni kamaytirishi va ushlab qolishni oshirishi mumkinligini ko'rsatadi. Italiyaning ishchi kuchining moslashuvchanligi va yoshlar bandligi bo‘yicha muammolari va yechimlari: Italiyaning qattiq mehnat qonunlari dastlab mehnat bozori chaqqonligiga to‘sqinlik qilgan, ammo Ish o‘rinlari to‘g‘risidagi qonun kabi islohotlar strategik tuzatishlar ishchilar huquqlarini himoya qilish bilan birga moslashuvchanlikni oshirishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatmoqda. Italiyaning yoshlar ishsizligini hal qilish va raqamli transformatsiyada kichik va o'rta korxonalarni qo'llab-quvvatlashga qaratilgan maqsadli tashabbuslari ham rivojlanayotgan mehnat bozorlarida sezgir siyosat zarurligini ta'kidlaydi.
