Abstract:
Korxona menejmentida inson resurslarini baholash tizimi tashkilotning muvaffaqiyatli faoliyatini ta'minlashda asosiy o'rin tutadi. Ushbu tizim xodimlarning malakasi, samaradorligi va tashkilotga qo'shayotgan hissasini aniqlash orqali strategik qaror qabul qilish jarayonlarini takomillashtiradi. Inson resurslarini samarali boshqarish korxona maqsadlariga erishish uchun zarur bo'lgan kuchli kadrlar bazasini yaratishda hal qiluvchi rol o'ynaydi. Maqolada inson resurslarini baholash tizimining maqsadi, asosiy usullari va tizimni takomillashtirish yo'llari batafsil tahlil qilinadi. Baholashning asosiy maqsadlari qatoriga xodimlarning hozirgi vazifalariga mosligini aniqlash, ularning malaka darajasini oshirish zaruriyatini baholash, shuningdek, rag'batlantirish va mukofotlash tizimlarini adolatli tashkil etish kiradi.
