Abstrak
Globalization has fundamentally transformed the modern workplace and academic spheres into highly interconnected, multicultural ecosystems. In these settings, technical proficiency alone is no longer sufficient; professionals must possess the capacity to navigate cultural nuances seamlessly. Consequently, the concept of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) has emerged as a prominent area of contemporary psychological and pedagogical research.
