Xalqaro reyting agentliklari, xususan QS (Quacquarelli Symonds), Times Higher Education (THE) va Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU, yoki Shanghai Rankings), reyting metodologiyalarida universitetlarning tashqi kommunikatsiya strategiyalarini, xususan, obro‘, ko‘rinuvchanlik va ishtirok darajalarini hisobga oladi.
