Abstrak
Bugungi kunda oliy ta’lim muassasalari uchun xalqaro reytinglarda yuqori o‘rin egallash nafaqat ilmiy va akademik faoliyat samaradorligiga, balki samarali PR siyosatiga ham bevosita bog‘liq. Xalqaro reyting agentliklari, xususan QS (Quacquarelli Symonds), Times Higher Education (THE) va Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU, yoki Shanghai Rankings), reyting metodologiyalarida universitetlarning tashqi kommunikatsiya strategiyalarini, xususan, obro‘, ko‘rinuvchanlik va ishtirok darajalarini hisobga oladi.
