INTERACTIVE TEACHING STRATEGIES FOR ENHANCING AUDITORY COMPETENCE USING PODCASTS IN KARAKALPAKSTAN

This study investigates the role of interactive teaching strategies in enhancing auditory competence through the integration of podcasts in foreign language learning. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of structured pedagogical stages, including pre-listening, while-listening, and post-listening activities, which support comprehension and active participation. In addition, it highlights the effectiveness of collaborative tasks, reflective practices, and task-based learning in promoting deeper understanding. The findings reveal that the use of interactive strategies significantly improves learners’ ability to recognize key information, understand natural speech, and develop listening confidence.
