Ushbu maqola O‘zbekistonda ijro bosqichida mediativ kelishuvning protsessual ahamiyatini tahlil etishga bag‘ishlangan. Mediativ kelishuvning uchta asosiy protsessual vazifasi — suspensiya, modifikatsiya va terminatsiya — nazariy va huquqiy jihatdan asoslanadi. O‘zbekiston normativ bazasidagi tizimiy kamchiliklar aniqlanib, Germaniya, Italiya, Niderlandiya va Singapur tajribalari qiyosiy ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola oxirida mediativ kelishuvning protsessual maqomini mustahkamlashga qaratilgan aniq normativ tavsiyalar ilgari suriladi.
