QATTIQ QOTISHMALAR CHIQINDILARIDAN EED USULI BILAN KUKUNSIMON MATERIALLAR OLISH
Аннотация
EED jarayoni har qanday tok o‘tkazuvchi materialning elektrodlar orasidagi qisqa muddatli elektr razryadlarining mahalliy ta’siri natijasida yemirilishidan iborat. Razryad zonasida yuqori haroratlar ta’sirida metall qiziydi, suyuqlanadi va qisman bug‘lanadi. Razryad zonasidagi yuqori harorat suyuq muhitda impulsli kuchlanish ta’sirida hosil bo‘ladi, bu kuchlanish elektrodlar bilan qattiq qotishma donalari orasidagi oraliqni to‘ldiradi, bu oraliq elektrodlararo bo‘shliq yoki elektrodlararo farq deb ataladi. Elektrodlarga kuchlanish manbai ulanganda elektrodlar va granulalar orasida elektr toki o‘ta boshlaydi va elektr maydon paydo bo‘ladi, uning kuchlanganligi elektrodlar va granulalarning yaqin joylashgan nuqtalari orasida eng katta qiymatga erishadi. Eng katta kuchlanish zonasida elektr maydon ta’sirida ish muhitining ionlanishi sodir bo‘lib, o‘tkazuvchanligi yuqori bo‘lgan kanal hosil bo‘ladi, ya’ni ish muhitining elektr mustahkamligi buziladi va elektr o‘tkazuvchanligi yuqori bo‘lgan kanal paydo bo‘ladi.
