Copyright and Licensing
This document applies to all scholarly journals and conference proceedings published by Innovative Academy RSC.
1. Who holds copyright
Authors retain full copyright in their work. The publisher does not require a transfer of exclusive rights and receives only a non-exclusive licence to publish, store and archive the work and to distribute its metadata.
2. Public licence
All articles are published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). This allows anyone to copy, distribute and adapt the article, including for commercial purposes, provided the authors and the original source are credited. The full licence text is available on a separate page.
3. How to attribute
When reusing an article, cite: the authors, article title, publication title, volume and issue, pages, year of publication, DOI and the licence name (CC BY 4.0).
4. Author warranties
- the work is original, has not been published before and is not under simultaneous consideration elsewhere;
- all co-authors have reviewed this version and consent to publication; the author list is complete;
- no third-party rights are infringed.
5. Third-party material
Where an article reuses images, tables, diagrams or substantial quotations from other sources, the author must obtain written permission from the rights holder and cite the source. Where no permission is required (for example, openly licensed material), the applicable licence must be stated.
6. Self-archiving
Authors may deposit any version of the article (preprint, accepted manuscript or published PDF) with no embargo in any location — an institutional or subject repository, a personal website, or scholarly social networks. We ask only that the published version be linked via its DOI.
7. Reporting infringement
If you believe that material published in our titles infringes your copyright, write to info@in-academy.uz stating the link to the material, the rights holder's details and the grounds of the claim. Requests are handled within 10 working days; where justified, the material is removed or corrected through the retraction procedure.
Copyright matters are governed by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Copyright and Related Rights" and by international treaties.
