Abstract:

This article analyses the English version-translation of the famous novel by Abdulla Kadyri “Scorpion from the Altar” as well as points out the phraseological units that express the cultural features of the Uzbek nation in them. Moreover, this paper mentions how literal translation is made from language to language and what basis exists behind this process.
