Abstract:
On the basis of the experience on industrial crossbreeding of Dagestan mountain breed sheep females with Dorper rams, the slaughter indicators are presented and the morphological composition of carcasses of young animals of Dagestan mountain breed (DH) and its Dagestan-Dorper (DH x D) crossbreds is characterized.
