Abstract:

This study examines the role and importance of innovative technologies in the field of human resource management (HRM). Modern technologies, in particular, artificial intelligence, cloud services, big data and automation processes are of great importance in optimizing the main processes of HRM, increasing efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making. The research results show how innovative technologies help to improve HRM strategies and ensure long-term competitiveness of organizations. This topic is relevant for the modern business environment and provides practical recommendations for HR managers and specialists.
