Abstract:
This article examines the challenges, solutions, and future prospects in the energy sector. Uzbekistan faces numerous ecological, economic, and technological issues in the process of energy production and transmission. Key problems include limited natural resources, environmental pollution, energy transmission losses, and outdated equipment. The article proposes solutions for improving efficiency and addressing environmental concerns by utilizing renewable energy sources, implementing modern technologies, and fostering international cooperation. It also highlights the importance of preparing young professionals for the energy sector through specialized educational programs and skill development.
