REFLECTIVE PRACTICE IN TEACHER EDUCATION: ISSUES, CHALLENGES, AND CONSIDERATIONS

Abstract:

This article examines the essential function of reflective practice in preparing future English educators. It is studied the role of reflective practices in connecting theory and application, encourage career advancement, and tackle obstacles like limited hours, inadequate mentorship, and emotional difficulties. Strategies to boost reflective activities, such as uniting it into lesson plans, using online resources, and fostering an environment of thoughtfulness are examined.
