Abstract:
исследовано влияние хронического токсического гепатита самки крысы на рост и развитие тимуса потомства в период раннего постнатального онтогенеза.Установлено, что хронический гепатит матери приводит к отставанию в росте и развитии крысят на 1-3 сутки после рождения, выраженное в снижении массы тела,отставании в росте и снижении массы тимуса, печени и селезенки, также в динамике раннего постнатального онтогенеза способствует морфологическому проявлению отставания в развитии структурно-функциональных зон тимуса, в органе отмечаются явления гипоплазии.
